Remember the 90's? I do, vaguely but I do remember the choker trend and velvet everything . And well I always love a good trend. 

  So I bought this cool shirt from Forever21 and wore it with my only pair of culottes and always cool, my chucks! I think it was a success and  I feel comfortable and cool. 

If you want to try a trend don't feel overwhelmed and try it, just don't overdo it, or do it using a neutral color.
